GRAND OPENING WEEKEND Nov. 2 & 3
As we settle into our new home, 6159-B Edmondson Avenue, in the Goals complex in Catonsville, we're excited to offer a grand opening weekend with free classes open to all.
Classes and Demonstrations!
Saturday November 2:
2:00pm: free karate class, open to all, age 4+. Existing students: invite your family, invite your friends! If you've been curious about our classes here's the perfect opportunity to try it out.
3:30pm: demo! Our students will get to present kata and other drills to their friends and family and to the public. Black belts will demo kata, kumite, self-defense applications, and the ever popular breaking of boards.
Sunday November 3:
2:00pm: free class: Community self defense, open to all age 16+. Learn simple self-defense skills in the framework of the "Five Fingers of Safety" -- "think, yell, run, fight, tell".
3:30pm: free class: Self-care with Shiatsu and Acupressure. The Catonsville Dojo is a place for the healing arts as well! Learn some basics of self-care with acupressure and shiatsu to relieve stress, pain, and help with simple health conditions.
